A good day

It has been a good day - very quiet - which is largely what the doctor ordered (pun intended).

All the boys continue to progress well. Win and Charlie even nursed for over 20 minutes a piece. Wes spit up after a few straight feedings, so his IV has been put back in and the nurses are working to clear a small obstruction in his bowel.

Ginger is also progressing nicely. She has twice walked down to the NICU to see the boys, and took her first shower since Monday. I remember when she was finally to call the doctor on Monday, she insisted on showering before we went in. Little did she know what a wise decision that was.

We have posted some photos below, as well as a great note from one of the NICU nurses.

Dear Ones,
Excited with you over the possibility of Mama Bunn coming home today. Thankful with you for the continued blessing of health and well being of the boys. Their pictures were on the cover of the bulletin yesterday and sermon was from Psalms 103:1,2, the faithfulness of God in the daily events of our lives.

My people have already contacted me about Shanna's comments that Raymond(AKA Charlie) is "moving non-stop...very, very feisty...the loudest...not shy to protest when he does not like something." Was he also spirit filled even from his mother's womb?
They have also asked if you need anything they could send or I could bring...for "their boys."

Planning to visit you the end of August after Debbie has returned to school and before Ann arrives in September.
Thanks to both of you for a witness before the hospital staff of Christian love and kindness. Thank you for the witness of what marriage is like when it is right!

The joy of the births Wednesday brought to mind the joy of your wedding day...another day when things were right!

I love you,
Raymond(Uncle)
